【重組胰蛋白酶｜產品簡介】

酶切位點：胰蛋白酶是一種絲氨酸蛋白酶，可特異切割賴氨酸（Lysine、K）以及精氨酸（Arginine、R）?C末端肽鍵。

氨基酸序列：雅心重組豬胰蛋白酶是由重組大腸桿菌表達生產，氨基酸序列與豬胰腺來源的胰蛋白酶完全一致。

酶學性質：重組豬胰蛋白酶具有與動物源性豬胰蛋白酶相同的酶學性質，可替代豬胰腺來源胰蛋白酶應用于各種生物技術過程中。

基本特性：重組胰蛋白酶分子量24kD，最適pH為7.0-11.0。活性受絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑如PMSF等的抑制，金屬離子螯合劑如EDTA等的抑制。

1.DESCRIPTION
Trypsin is a member of the serine protease family. Trypsin cleaves peptides on the C-terminal end of lysine and arginine amino acid residues. YaxinBio recombinant trypsin is a genetically engineered protein expressed in E.coli and the amino acid sequence of recombinant trypsin is identical to porcine pancreas-derived trypsin,with equivalent properties compared to native trypsin .Recombinant trypsin can replace native trypsin for using in a variety of biotechnological processes. The M.W. of recombinant trypsin is 24KD,and the optimum pH is pH 7.0-11.0. The enzyme is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors, e.g. PMSF,soybean trypsin inhibitor and by metal chelating agents, e.g.EDTA.

UNIT DEFINITION：One USP unit of trypsin activity will produce a Delta A253 of 0.003 per minute in a reaction volume of 3.2ml at pH7.6 and 25℃, with BAEE as a substrate (1cm light path).

3.RECOMMEND USAGE
Prepare 1-10mg/ml recombinant trypsin with 1mM HCl.The ratio to aimed protein is 1:50 to 1:1000 (w/w).The optimum pH is pH7.0-11.0.

4.STABILITY OF STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Stability of storage: Recombinant trypsin lyophilized should be stored under 2-8℃ in sealed container.
It is stable within 24 months.After dissolved with 1mM HCl or 50mM HAC, it should be stored under -20℃.
It is no activity loss after 10 times repeated freezing and thawing.
Stability of transport: The product is stable by blue ice insulation transport.
