7.性質(zhì)：
玫瑰色三角晶系菱面體或無定形亮白棕色粉末。比重3.125，幾乎不溶于水
，但稍溶于含CO2的水中。溶于稀無機酸，微溶于普通有機酸鹽，不溶于液
氨。在干燥空氣中穩(wěn)定，潮濕時易氧化，形成三氧化二錳而逐漸變?yōu)楹谏?br />受熱時分解放出CO2，與水共沸時即水解。在沸騰的氫氧化鉀中，生成氫氧
化錳。
8.用途：
電訊器材用作鐵氧體的原料。碳酸錳廣泛用作脫硫的催化劑、瓷釉顏料、
清漆催干劑、錳鹽和催化劑制造的原料。在肥料、醫(yī)藥、機械零件和磷化
處理中也需要使用碳酸錳。農(nóng)業(yè)用碳酸錳作微量元素肥料其含量可稍低。
9.工藝簡介：采用軟錳礦粉直接酸化法（即兩礦法）
1、化合技術(shù)：比用軟錳礦煅燒成氧化錳再進行酸化，減少了煅燒過程，
大大節(jié)約了設(shè)備投資，減少了環(huán)境污染，并降低了成本。
2、主要原材料：軟錳礦與硫鐵礦（兩礦）與硫酸反應(yīng)，再經(jīng)過除鐵除
重金屬，可得到硫酸錳溶液。再加入碳銨進行中和即可得碳酸錳。
10.包　裝： 25kg塑編。
儲運注意：應(yīng)儲存于陰涼、通風(fēng)、干燥的庫房中，不宜受濕、受熱、
防止變質(zhì)。運輸時要防雨淋和日曬。裝卸時要輕拿輕放，防止包裝破損。
失火時可用水、砂土和滅火機撲救。

7.Nature：
rosy rhombus crystal or formless light brown powder , relative
density 3.125 .almost insoluble in water, but slightly soluble in
water containing CO2. Soluble in dilute inorganic acid, slightly
soluble in common organic salt, insoluble in liquid ammonia.
Stable in dry air, wet easily oxidized to form manganese oxide
gradually becomes black, heated hours of the liberation of the
CO2, when water is azeotropic hydrolysis. The boiling potassium
hydroxide, the formation of manganese hydroxide.
8.Usage：
The material of ferrite for electrical equipment, Industrial Manganous
Carbonate used as catalyst, pigment, drier, the material of manganous
salts, or used in medicine, mechanical parts and phosphating process.

9..Brief introduction of producing method : pyrolusite powder direct
acidification method (two-mine method)
1, Chemical combination method : It can save investment and reduce
pollution and cost because this method cut the calcination process.
2, Main materials : pyrolusite and pyrite react with vitriol, and then
remove the impurities to get manganese sulfate solution, which react
with ammonium bicarbonate to produce Manganese carbonate.
10.Packing : 25kg in plastic woven bag.
Storage : Normal chemical, stored in cool, dry and airiness place,
avoid moisture, heat and decay . In transportation, avoid rain and
sunlight. Load gently, no breakage. If fire, fight it with water, sand
and fire fight machine.
