木質素磺酸鈉(木鈉)是竹子制漿過程提取物,經過濃縮改性反應并噴霧干燥而成。產品為淺黃色(棕色)自由流動性粉末,易溶于水,化學性質穩定,長期密封儲存不分解。木質素系列產品是一種表面活性劑，可以通過改性、加工、復配等方法生產多個產品，主要用于樹脂、橡膠、染料、農藥、陶瓷、水泥、瀝青、飼料、水處理、水煤漿、混凝土、耐火材料、油田鉆井、復合肥料、冶煉、鑄造、粘合劑。通過實驗證明，木質素磺酸鹽防止沙土化土壤十分有效，還可以做沙漠固定沙劑。主要性能有:

1、混凝土減水劑:系粉狀低引氣性緩凝減水劑，屬于陰離子表面活性物質，對水泥有吸附及分散作用，能改善混凝土各種物理性能。減少用水13%以上，改善砼的和易性，并能大幅度降低水泥水化初期水化熱，可復配成早強劑、緩凝劑、防凍劑、泵送劑等，與萘系高效減水劑復配后制成的液體外加劑基本沒有沉淀產生。

2、水煤漿添加劑:在制備水煤漿過程中加入本產品，能提高高磨機產量、維持制漿系統狀況正常、降低制漿電耗，使水煤漿提高濃度，在氣化過程中，氧耗、煤耗下降，冷煤氣效率提高，并能使水煤漿降低粘度且達到一定的穩定性和流動性。

3、耐火材料及陶瓷坯體增強劑:在大規格墻地磚及耐火磚制造過程中，可以使坯體原料微粒牢固粘結起來，可使干坯強度提高20%-60%以上。

4、染料工業和農藥加工的填充劑和分散劑:在用作還原染料及分散染料的分散劑和填充劑時，可使染料色力增高，著色更均勻，縮短染料研磨的時間;在農藥加工中可作為填充劑、分散劑和懸浮劑，大大提高可濕性粉劑的懸浮率和潤濕性能。

5、作為粉狀和顆粒狀物料的粘結劑:用于鐵礦粉、鉛鋅礦粉、粉煤、焦碳粉的壓球;鑄鐵、鑄鋼砂型的壓制;泥磚墻地磚等擠壓成型;礦料的成球方面可獲得強度高、穩定性好、潤滑模具等良好效果。

6、在鉆井中用作稀釋分散劑、降粘劑;改進原油輸送中的流動性，降低能耗。在石油產品中，作為潔凈劑、分散劑、高堿性添加劑、防銹劑、抗靜電劑、乳化降粘劑、消蠟防蠟劑等。
